CLOTHING RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Just Olena. We take such great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you do not absolutely adore your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of any approved merchandise within 7 days from possession of your order. All exchanges are final sale. Unless the item exchange was due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition with Just Olena tag still in place and cannot be washed, worn or altered. All sale items, gift cards, headbands, masks, hair accessories, hats, bodysuits, hosiery, and bras are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. Just Olena reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Just Olena to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Just Olena is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

If you would like to use a pre-paid USPS label to return your items, please email hello@justolena.com with your order number and item you are returning and we will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print out and tape to your package.

Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping and a USPS return shipping fee. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.

HEADBAND RETURNS

We have a "no returns" policy, which means your purchase of any headband is FINAL SALE. We do this in order to protect our customers. We do our best to maintain the highest of quality and once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee such quality.   

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Inquiries must be made within 48 hours of delivery. 

To start a damage or issue report, you can contact us at hello@justolena.com with an explanation of your problem, order number, and photos for reference. We will do our best to make sure we resolve the issue to our best efforts.

EXCHANGES

In order to get your correct item and size as quickly as possible, the first step would be to place another order because we tend to sell out fast! Once your new order is placed, shoot us an email to hello@justolena.com with the new order number and we'll be happy to refund the shipping charges for the new order and send the prepaid return label for the original item(s). We will process a refund when we receive the original item(s) back at HQ, with no fee taken out for the shipping back of the original item.
